Our office is located at 130 Luxmi Garden in Yamuna Nagar, right near the Star Wayhigh School. If you’re in the area, you’ve probably seen the school kids walking by our front door. Orient Ceramics and Industries has been based here for a good while. We deal mostly with tiles and ceramic stuff for floors and walls. Yamuna Nagar is a practical kind of town, and we fit right in. The office is pretty simple, nothing too fancy to look at. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and checking on orders. Haryana gets pretty hot in the summer, which makes the warehouse work a bit tough, but we manage. We aren’t a huge operation with hundreds of people, just a local team trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the shipments are late or a batch doesn't look quite right, and we have to spend the day fixing those mistakes. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing teams. People usually find us because they need tiles and we're the ones nearby who have been doing it for years. We just focus on getting the product out and keeping our records straight. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We’ve seen a lot of neighbors come and go in Luxmi Garden, but we’re still here, just doing our thing day after day. It's about just showing up more than anything else, and we try to stay grounded in this community.
