Our place is Shop No. A-1 on Kasnapur Road, right over in Jagadhri. We are quite close to Sr Industry, so there are always big vehicles passing by and the road can get pretty dusty in the summer months. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a regular group of people working out of a small shop. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of files. The area around Yamuna Nagar is mostly industrial, so things are pretty practical around here. We spend our days mostly on the phone or dealing with the paperwork that comes with this kind of business. It gets a bit loud when the factories nearby are in full swing, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been in this specific spot for a while and we know most of the people on the block. Sometimes we have tea together outside when things are slow. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on showing up every day and doing what needs to be done. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s what we know. The shop is small but it's ours, and we keep things running as best as we can. Every now and then we have to fix a leaky pipe or deal with a power cut, but that is just part of the everyday experience for us here.
