Education

Lal Dawara Colony is a nice spot in Yamunanagar. Our office is at house number 96. It is a residential area, so it is mostly quiet except for the occasional street vendor or kids playing outside in the evenings. We have been running this Education office from here for some time now. It is basically a converted front room of a house. We have a couple of desks and some plastic chairs for guests. It is nothing fancy at all. Haryana summers are tough, but we have a good ceiling fan that keeps the air moving. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or people from the nearby colonies. We handle various educational services, mostly just sorting out forms and giving advice on where to apply for colleges. We do not have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate so people don't miss us. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We know everyone on the street, which makes the work feel more personal. Sometimes the neighbors drop by just to say hello or share some snacks they made. We keep a ledger for everything we do. It is a manual process for the most part, but we like it that way. We are not trying to be some big city firm. We are just local people helping out other local people in 135001. It is simple and it works.
