Bimal Industries

We are located at Plot 35 in the Industrial Estate, Phase-II. It is a typical industrial setting with plenty of trucks moving in and out and the constant hum of machinery in the background. Bimal Industries is a manufacturing unit, so it is definitely not a clean or quiet place to work. We have a small office at the front where we handle the books and talk to visitors, but the real work happens on the factory floor. We make various metal parts and components. The air usually smells of grease and there is metal shavings on the floor, which is just part of the job. Our workers are skilled people who have been using these machines for a long time. We don't have a corporate hierarchy or anything like that. Everyone just knows what they need to do to get the production done on time. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most of our orders come from other industries that need the specific parts we manufacture. It is a lot of hard, physical work and the days can be long when we have a big deadline. We eat our lunch together in a small break room and talk about the usual things. It is a simple, practical life centered around making things that work. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
