Alair is a place where people appreciate hard work, and we try to provide that. Our office is not anything special to look at. It is just a place with some desks and a lot of samples lying around. We do not use marketing talk to get jobs. Most of the time, people just hear about us from someone else. It is a small operation and we like it that way. We do not want to be a huge company with hundreds of employees we do not know. We like being involved in the details ourselves. Sometimes we are at the office late into the night trying to get a design just right. It is not always easy, but we enjoy seeing a project come together from nothing. We have had our share of tough days, but that is just part of being in the construction and interior business. We just keep going and try to stay organized. Alair has been a good home for the business, and we are happy to be working here every day.
