Amrutha Yadadri Infra Ventures Private Limited is based out of Yadagirigutta. Our office is at 5-124/1 on Uphills Road. If you know the Bhuvanagiri or Nalgonda area, you know this is a place with a lot of local significance and history. We are not some big city-slicker firm from the middle of Hyderabad. We are right here near the hills. Our work mostly involves infrastructure ventures in this specific region of Telangana. The office we work out of is pretty basic and functional. We have a few rooms where we keep all our records and meet with people who come in from the surrounding villages or nearby towns. It is a very local operation through and through. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just talk to people face-to-face and explain what we are doing. Being on Uphills Road means we see a lot of people passing through every day. We have been part of this community for a while now, and we really understand the land in this area. Most of our day is spent checking on different sites or handling the legal side of land ventures. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things move quite slowly, but that is just the nature of this business. We are just a group of regular people working on local projects.
