Anandwadi Agro And Animals Husbandry Farmers Producer Company Limited

We operate out of House Number 42 in the Promise Apartments. It’s in F Block over in Vikas Puri. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the full name, Anandwadi Agro And Animals Husbandry Farmers Producer Company Limited, so we usually just call it the company. We are a group of people working together on the farming and animal husbandry side of things. Living and working in New Delhi-110018 means we are often stuck in traffic when we need to go out to the actual field sites. The apartment serves as our home base for all the coordination. There are papers everywhere. We talk to farmers and try to get things organized. It is hard work because the weather doesn't always cooperate with what we have planned. Sometimes the rains are too much, or it's too hot to do anything. We just take it day by day. We aren't some big fancy firm with a glass building. We are just people from the community trying to make this agro project work. My neighbor occasionally complains when we have too many visitors, but that's just part of being in an apartment block. We try to be quiet. We handle a lot of logistics from here. It’s a lot of coordination between different members. We just want to make sure the animals are taken care of and the produce gets where it needs to go. It's a busy life. We usually have lunch together while discussing the day's problems.
