Sheba Savouries Private Limited

This is Sheba Savouries Private Limited, and we operate out of Ashram Chowmuhani. You can find us care of Parimal Debnath, who is the son of Amar Chanddebnath. This is a family-oriented kind of place, and we’ve been around the neighborhood for a while. The address is a bit tucked away, but everyone around Ashram Chowmuhani knows where we are. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area making different kinds of snacks and savouries. It gets really hot in there, especially in the afternoons when the ovens are going full blast, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t use any big fancy machines, mostly just our hands and some old-fashioned recipes that have been around. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when we have a big order for a local event or a family gathering nearby. We don’t really do much advertising because word of mouth in this part of town is usually enough to keep us busy. My hands usually smell like spices by the end of the day, which is fine with me. We have a small table where we keep the finished packets, and we try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we’re in a rush. It’s just a small local operation, nothing corporate about it. We’re just regular people making food that we hope our neighbors enjoy having with their tea in the evening.
