Our small branch of Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Limited is located way over in Agartala. We are specifically in the P.O. Ramnagar area, which is in Tripura West, zip code 799002. It is quite a distance from the main hubs, but we like being here. The pace of life in Agartala is a bit slower, which suits the way we work. We have a small office where we keep our records and meet with people from the neighborhood. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is more of a practical place with wooden desks and some old fans that have been humming for years. We spend our days dealing with the local logistics and making sure things are moving along as they should. Sometimes the rain in Tripura makes things difficult, but we just wear our boots and keep going. We are a small crew here, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We share tea and talk about the weather while we work on our assignments. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to do right by the people who hire us and make sure our work stands up. If you are in Ramnagar, you can find us easily enough.
