Sancharan Educational Consultancy is located over on the Battala To Durga Chowmohani Road, specifically in the Ker-Chowmahani area. We are really easy to find because we're quite close to the Vodafone store here in Agartala West. The office isn't anything too big, just a few desks and a lot of papers stacked up everywhere. We spend most of our mornings talking to students and their parents who are trying to figure out what to do after school. It’s a lot of talking and explaining how different courses work. Agartala can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always going full speed while we sort through applications and brochures. Sometimes the road outside gets really jammed with rickshaws and motorbikes, making it a bit noisy during meetings. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, so most of the local shopkeepers know us. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a small team trying to help people navigate all the school stuff. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the forms and deadlines we have to keep track of, but we manage. People stop by to ask questions about colleges or just to drop off documents they forgot earlier. It’s a steady pace of work and we try to be as helpful as we can without making things too complicated for the families who come in. There is always a lot to do, especially when admissions seasons start up and the phone starts ringing more.
