Royal Tours & Travel is located right in Ashwini Market, which is on TMC Road in Agartala. Being near the TMC makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands or visiting the hospital area. Our shop isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we sit and figure out travel arrangements for local folks and visitors. The market area is usually pretty loud and busy with people moving around all day. We spend our time answering the phone and dealing with the paperwork that comes with organizing trips. Agartala can get quite hot, so we usually have the fan going while we work on the computer. It’s mostly just us here, keeping track of bookings and talking to drivers or hotels. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and most of the neighbors know us. We don't use any big words or try to act like a giant corporation. It’s just a local business in a busy market. We focus on getting the details right for people who want to go somewhere, whether it is a short trip or something longer. Most days are just a steady stream of people asking questions about prices and dates. We try to keep things simple and honest because that is how we like to work. There is always something to do, so we stay busy from morning until we close.
