Prakash Welfare Foundation

The office for Prakash Welfare Foundation is tucked away in Vivekananda Lane, right near Bapuji Road in the Badharghat area. It’s a quiet part of West Tripura, and if you’re looking for us, you’ll find us in the building cared for by Subhra Prakash Bhattacharjee. We’ve been here for a bit now, just trying to do some good work for the people around us. Most days, it’s just us sitting around the desks, sorting through papers and talking to folks who stop by. The lane can get a little crowded sometimes, especially during the busy hours of the morning, but we like it here. It feels like home. Being in a place like West Tripura means you get to know your neighbors pretty well. We aren't some big city operation with glass walls and fancy suits. It is just a regular spot where we try to help out when someone needs a hand or some guidance. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just how things are around here. We just keep at it, day by day. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. If you happen to be walking down near Bapuji Road, you’ll probably see the sign. We’re usually inside, making plans or filling out forms for the next local project we have going on. It’s simple work, but it matters to us and the people who live in this part of Badharghat.
