M.Montessori Teacher Training College-Khowai Centre is located right in Bankar. We are pretty easy to find since we are just near the SBI Khowai branch. People around here know the spot. We spend our days working with folks who want to become teachers. It’s not a huge place, just a simple setup where we can sit and talk about teaching methods. Some of our students travel a bit to get here, while others live just down the road in Khowai. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the materials are ready for the trainees. Teaching isn't always easy, and we try to show that to the people who come here. We have some desks, some books, and not much else that’s flashy. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out or move closer to the windows. It’s a very local thing. We talk about how to handle kids in a classroom and how to use the Montessori stuff. Most days are quiet until the break time when everyone goes out for tea. We have been in this part of Tripura for a while. It’s just regular work for us, helping people get their certificates so they can find jobs in schools. It’s practical and slow-paced, which suits the way we do things here in Bankar.
