Our agency is located in Swasti Bazar in Agartala. We are on M B Road, which is a busy part of the city. We have been working from this spot for some years. It is a small shop tucked away in the market area. We mostly just do travel bookings and help people with their trips. It is not a very large operation. It is just us and a couple of desks. The bazar is always loud and there are people everywhere, which we have grown to like. We spend our days answering questions and making sure people have the right info for their journeys. We don't have any polished speeches or corporate slogans. We just talk to people like we talk to our neighbors. Sometimes the market gets so crowded it is hard to get to the door, but we are always here. We keep our records in big books and sometimes on the computer if it is working well. Agartala is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we see a lot of familiar faces. We try to keep the shop clean but it is hard with all the dust from the road. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do. If you are walking through Swasti Bazar, you can stop by and say hello. We are usually here until late in the evening.
