Usha Martin Ltd, Jamshedpur

We are located over in Adityapur at Nishant Vihar, specifically at F-4/1. This part of Jamshedpur is pretty industrial, but our little corner feels a bit more settled. It is in the Saraikela Kharsawan district, though most of us just say Jamshedpur when people ask where we are. The 831013 pin code is our home base. It’s a practical building. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. There are files and desks and the sound of the ceiling fans. We show up early, usually before the heat really sets in for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just wait it out or use the backup if it is working. The roads around here can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we manage to get in anyway. It’s a working environment, plain and simple. Neighbors know us by now. We’ve been part of the local scene for a long time. People come and go throughout the day for various bits of business. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It is just a few rooms where we keep things organized. You can find us easily if you know the Adityapur area. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is expected. It's a decent place to spend the day and everyone knows their role within the building.
