Our office at Tata Projects Ltd is right in the middle of it. It’s a converted space, so it feels like a home in some ways. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. It can get pretty loud during the day with the traffic on Sarita Talkies Road and the general noise of the colony. Jamshedpur is an industrial city, so there’s always a feeling of things moving and growing. We’re right in the thick of that. Our office isn't fancy. It’s got some old fans and sturdy tables. We spend a lot of time talking to each other and making sure the project details are correct. Ajit and Dharmendra keep things running. It’s a friendly place. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon. It’s just a group of people working together in a regular neighborhood. We don't have any corporate branding all over the walls. We just have what we need to get our jobs done every day. It feels like a real part of Adityapur.
