QUALITY BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here in Madhu Bazar, right in the heart of Chaibasa. Rajiv Kumar Vishwakarma started Quality Builders and Contractors Private Limited a while ago because things needed building around here. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. We just have our space in West Singhbhum where we get together and plan out the work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s just us sitting with some chai looking at blueprints. Construction in Jharkhand isn't always easy, especially when the weather acts up or materials are late getting to the site. We deal with the local guys and try to get the jobs done right. Most people know us because we’ve been around the neighborhood for a bit. It’s hard work, getting out in the sun and making sure walls are straight. We handle the paperwork and the actual labor mostly ourselves. Being based in a place like Madhu Bazar means we see our neighbors every day. It keeps us honest because you can’t exactly hide if something goes wrong. We just do our thing, day in and day out. It’s a small operation but we keep busy enough.
