Our place is located at House Number 326 on Road Number 25 in Seraikela-Kharsawan. It’s a pretty standard house in a quiet neighborhood. Munberg Fashion Llp is run right from here. We don't have a big storefront with a lot of windows. Instead, we have rooms filled with clothes and shipping boxes. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a lot of inventory arrives at once. We chose to stay here in Jharkhand because it’s home. The daily routine is mostly checking orders and making sure the fashion items are packed correctly. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big management team. It’s just us doing the day-to-day tasks. The street outside is usually calm, except when the delivery trucks come by. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out shipping schedules. It’s not a glamorous lifestyle, even if we are in the fashion business. Most of the time we are just wearing old t-shirts and drinking chai while we work. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to keep the business going and stay honest with our customers. If something goes wrong, we handle it ourselves without any corporate layers. It’s just a local business trying to make its way. You can usually find someone at the house during the day if you happen to stop by Road 25.
