Laddershr

You can find us in Sanawad, which is in the Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh. Specifically, we are at G-11/4 in the Indira Sagar Colony. It is right on the Indore Road, so it is not too hard to spot if you are driving through the area. Sanawad is a smaller place, and everyone kind of knows everyone else. Our office at Laddershr is pretty modest. We have our desks set up in the colony and we work on HR stuff for different companies. Being in a place like this means we do not have the big city rush, which is actually quite nice for a change. The air is a bit different here and the pace of life is slower. We start our day early before it gets too hot and try to get through all our emails and calls. The Indore Road always has trucks and buses passing by, but the colony itself stays mostly quiet. We are glad to be working from this part of Madhya Pradesh because it shows you do not need a big city office to get things done. We have everything we need right here at G-11/4. It is just a few of us making sure that the hiring and human resource tasks are taken care of properly. It is honest work and we like the quiet life we have here in Sanawad. It is a good place to be.
