KCS Infra

KCS Infra is based out of the Ahilyadevi Complex on Diversion Road in Khargone. We are not in a big city like Mumbai or Chennai, so things move at a slightly different pace here. Khargone is a place where you really feel the sun, and our office in the complex can get quite warm in the afternoons. Diversion Road is one of the main paths for trucks and heavy vehicles, so there is always a bit of dust in the air. We deal with infrastructure projects, which means we are often out in the sun ourselves, looking at roads or foundation work. We do not have a fancy setup with a lot of staff. It is just a few of us who know how to manage a project from start to finish. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers for cement and steel. Our daily life is not a long list of achievements; it is more about the grind of making sure the machinery is working and the labor is on site. We have been operating out of this complex for a good while, and most people in the local construction circle know where to find us. We do not use polished language because that is not how we talk on the job. We just focus on getting the work done, dealing with the heat, and moving on to the next project when one is finished. It is simple, tough work, but it keeps us busy.
