In West Bengal, specifically in Burztown, Paschim Midnapur, you’ll find our little operation called Site Engg. We are located at C33, and it’s a pretty simple setup for what we do. Engineering on-site involves a lot of direct supervision, so we aren't usually sitting behind a desk for very long. The area around Midnapur has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit into that over the years. We handle the local site requirements, checking on progress and making sure the plans are being followed. It’s not a polished business with a lot of marketing. It’s more about being there when the work is being done. Sometimes the weather in Bengal can be a challenge, with the heavy rains and all, but the sites don’t wait. We just put on our boots and get out there. The office is just a place to store our tools and maps. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know how to read a blueprint and handle site issues. It’s practical work for practical people. We don't make big promises or use fancy language. We just show up at the site and do what needs to be done. Burztown is where we started, and we’ve stayed here because it’s home. It’s a quiet existence outside of the noisy construction zones, and we like it that way. Most days are just about finishing the task at hand.
