We’re situated at the old J.L.R Office in the Inda area of Kharagpore. It’s a familiar landmark for people who live around West Midnapore. The building has some history to it, and we like that it isn’t a brand-new, sterile box. We do our Royal Forgings work and management from this spot. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever air we can. There's always the sound of work going on nearby. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their job. It's not a place where you'll find people in suits; we're mostly in work clothes because things can get a bit messy. The office is full of ledgers and metal samples.
