Leela Constructions

Leela Constructions is located in the Malancha area of Kharagpur. We are pretty easy to find if you are familiar with Malancha Road. We are a small team that focuses on getting buildings up and running. Whether it is a small repair or a bigger project, we just take it as it comes. Kharagpur is a busy place, and there’s always something being repaired or built. Our office is just a place where we keep our tools and sit down to figure out the costs. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We prefer to show people what we can do by just doing it. We deal with the local suppliers for our bricks and cement. It’s a lot of physical work and being out in the sun. We’ve had some long days trying to finish up a roof before the rains start. That's just part of the job. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything. We just want to do a decent job so people don't have problems with their houses later on. We are honest about what can be done and how much it will cost. It keeps things simple for us and for the people we work for. Most of our day is spent at the sites, but someone is usually around the office to answer questions. It's a living and we take the job seriously every day.
