You’ll find us in Khadinan village, which is tucked away in East Midnapur. Our local post office is over in Gopal Nagar. It’s quite a way out from any big city, but it’s a good, quiet spot for what we do at Itdcem(I)Ltd. The office we have is pretty basic. We have the desks and equipment we need to get the work done, but not much else in terms of decor. It’s mostly quiet around here, except for the usual village sounds like tractors or birds in the morning. We aren't a big corporate office with hundreds of people running around. It’s just a small group of us handling the daily operations and keeping things organized. We manage our tasks, talk to the vendors on the phone, and keep track of our ongoing projects. Living and working in a place like this means you learn to be resourceful and patient. If something breaks, we usually just fix it ourselves instead of waiting for a repairman from the city. We don’t have a marketing department or anything fancy like that. We just rely on the work we do every day. It’s an honest way to spend the time. The seasons change, the rice fields around us change color, but we keep showing up and doing what needs to be done. It’s not a complicated life, and that suits us just fine. We just take everything one day at a time here and hope for the best.
