Our office is right by the Canal Bazar in Balichak. If you know Paschim Midnapur, you know the market area is always humming with people. Amiya Grp. Of Industries is situated right in the middle of that energy. We deal with various industrial tasks and it is never a dull moment around here. The canal is close by, and you can always hear the sounds of the bazar while we work. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not have a corporate headquarters with glass and steel. Our walls are plain and our desks are full of ledgers and tools. Being in Balichak means we are close to the people we serve. We see the farmers and the local traders every morning. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or find another way to stay busy. It is just part of the routine in this district. We handle our industrial work with the tools we have and the knowledge we have picked up over the years. It is a practical life. We are not interested in making things look more complicated than they are. If someone needs something, they walk in and ask. That is how business happens here.
