Our location is in Vill-Gholagarea, which is near Jakpur in the Kharagpur area of Paschim Midnapore. There’s a bit of a mix-up on some of the old mail with a New Delhi pin code, but we are definitely here in West Bengal, 721301. It’s a busy industrial zone because of how close it is to Kharagpur. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We deal with a lot of construction and infrastructure tasks. The office itself is pretty basic. It’s a place to store files and have quick meetings before heading out to the site. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The floors are often a bit muddy because of the workers coming in and out all day. We have a water cooler in the corner and a few fans that try their best against the humidity. It’s a no-nonsense environment. Most of the guys have been in the construction business for decades. We talk plainly about what needs to be done. We don't have time for corporate jargon or long speeches. If a truck is late or a machine breaks, we just deal with it. It’s the kind of place where your word matters more than a fancy contract. We’re just local people building things that people need. We keep it as simple as possible every day.
