Venkat Store

Venkat Store is a small shop located at number 326 on Tallapudi Road. You will find us in Vegeswarapuram, right where the road gets a bit wider. We sell a variety of items that people in the neighborhood need, from snacks to small hardware bits. It’s one of those places where the shelves are a bit disorganized, but we usually know exactly where everything is kept. If you ask for something, we can probably dig it out from a box in the back. My family has lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk through the door. We don't have a big sign or any bright lights. Most of our customers come in because they are passing by on the road or they live just a few houses away. The shop is quite narrow, so when three or four people are inside at once, it feels very full. We spend our days restocking the jars and cleaning the glass cases. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the road for a minute while we unload, but the neighbors don't seem to mind much. We don't do any big promotions or sales. We just try to keep the prices fair and the items in stock. It is a quiet way to make a living and it keeps us connected to the people around here in Vegeswarapuram every single day.
