You can find us over in Kondagudem, which is part of Gowripatnam. Our mailing address goes through the P.O. Devaraplli Mandalam in the West Godavari District. It’s a bit of a mouthful when you have to write it all out on a package. Triveni Glass Ltd. has been operating in this part of the country for a long time. The weather here can be quite something, especially in the rainy season, but we keep the factory running regardless. Glass is a tricky thing to work with; it’s fragile but heavy, and you have to be careful every single minute. We have a lot of local folks working here who know the ins and outs of the machines. The area around Kondagudem is mostly quiet, but our facility stays busy with the heat from the furnaces. It’s a lot of manual work and watching the lines to make sure the glass is coming out right. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just focus on the production and getting the crates loaded onto the trucks heading out of West Godavari. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we all have to pitch in to fix it. It’s just how life is at a glass plant. We’ve been here long enough that everyone in the village knows who we are.
