Our business, Tas Tea Leaf Private Limited, is based in Poolapalli, specifically in the Palakol Rural area. We are on Ramalayam Street at 1-25/1. It is a quiet village setting in West Godavari. We focus on tea leaves here. The work is mostly about sorting, drying, and packing. It is a very manual process most of the time. We do not have high-tech machinery everywhere; it is more about the hands-on feel of the leaves. The smell of tea is everywhere in our building. It is a pleasant way to spend the day, even if the work is tiring. We are not a big city company. We prefer the pace out here. Our team is made up of locals who understand the crop. We spend hours making sure the quality is what it needs to be before it goes into the bags. The building is just a standard rural structure that serves our needs. We do not bother with fancy signs or brochures. People who need tea know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to adjust, but that is just life in the village. We take pride in the daily grind. It is just us, the tea, and the routine of the seasons. We keep things basic and just try to do right by the product we handle every day. There is always another batch of leaves coming in that needs our attention before sundown.
