We are located at D No 87-1-17/A in Tadithota, which is right across from the Station Hotel in Ayyapa Nagar. It is a busy area because of the station, so there is always a lot of movement. Sujana Infra Developers Private Limited is what we call the business. We focus on developing infrastructure, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to build on it. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust and noise involved in every project we take on. Our mornings usually start early so we can get to the sites before it gets too hot. Dealing with the weather and the supply of materials is a constant struggle. Sometimes the cement doesn't arrive when it should, or the rain ruins a whole day of work. You just have to be patient and keep going. Our office near the Station Hotel is simple and functional. It’s a place for us to meet and go over the accounts and the site plans. We don't use any slick marketing materials or big slogans. We prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. Most of our clients are people who have seen our work around town. We’ve been in Tadithota for some time and we know the local scene pretty well. It’s hard work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a project finally get finished after months of labor. We are just local folks doing our job.
