If you’re walking down the road opposite Bhasyam School in Tadepalligudem, you’ll find us. Stepfunction Jar Consulting Llp is tucked away in West Godavari, and we’ve been operating from this same building for a bit now. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when school lets out and things get noisy. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets and talking through problems that local businesses run into. We decided to set up shop here because it’s home. There’s a lot of talk about consulting being this big, complicated thing, but for us, it’s mostly just sitting down and figuring out how to make things work better. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people usually find annoying to deal with. Our office is Dno 3 59 4/2, and it’s a pretty basic setup. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. It’s usually just one of us grabbing the door. We’ve had to learn a lot of things the hard way over the years, which helps when we're trying to give advice. People in West Godavari know how it is—you just put your head down and work. We don't spend much on advertising or fancy signs. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from someone else in town. That’s how we like it, really. It keeps things simple and honest. We just do the work.
