Srimint Constructions Private Limited is located at 5-205/1B on Panchayathi Veedi in Dommeru. This is right in the West Godavari area, a place where everyone kind of knows what their neighbors are up to. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time, and the building we are in is just a plain, functional space. Construction in a place like Dommeru is about being practical. We don't have a corporate headquarters; we have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of grit. We handle everything from getting the sand delivered to making sure the masonry is straight. It’s not glamorous work. You get mud on your shoes and dust in your hair. We talk to the local guys, hire help from the nearby streets, and just get on with it. Our name might be Srimint, but we are as local as it gets. We don't use complicated contracts that no one can read. We just explain what we are going to do and then we do it. Sometimes we run into problems with the ground being too soft or prices of steel going up, but we figure it out. Being on Panchayathi Veedi means we see the daily life of the village every time we step outside. We aren't looking to become some national giant. We just want to keep building things here in West Godavari and making sure the structures stay up for a long time.
