Sri J. J. Lakshmi & Co. is located on Ganesh Temple Street in Seetharamapuram. Being in the Narsapur Mandal of G. District, we are right in the heart of the local community. The Ganesh Temple is just a short walk away, and we can always hear the activity from the street coming into our workspace. Our shop is not very large, but it is where we do all our daily business. We have a few rooms that are usually packed with stock and supplies. It is a bit crowded, but we have a system that works for us. We do not have a big sign or any flashy lights to attract attention. Most people who come to us already know where we are or have heard about us from a neighbor. We focus on our work and don't spend much time worrying about the competition. It is a family-run operation, so everyone knows their role and what needs to get done. The weather here in G. District can get very hot, especially in the afternoons, so we usually start our day quite early. By the time the sun is high, we are deep into our tasks. We don't have a corporate mission or any polished goals. We just want to do a good job and keep the business running for the next generation.
