Our shop is located at D.No.18-5-14 on RP Road. We are quite close to the Venkateshwara Swamy Temple, so we get a lot of people walking by. West Godavari is a warm place, so having a cold spot to stop is always good for the locals. It is just a small storefront. We have the freezers lined up against the wall and a few chairs for whoever wants to sit. The street outside is always busy with bikes and people going about their business. We start the day by checking all the seals on the lids. You have to be careful about that. We see a lot of families, especially in the evenings when it cools down a bit. The kids are always the most excited, pointing at everything behind the glass. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big signs or flashing lights, just a place to get a treat. Sometimes we chat with the people who live nearby. It’s a tight neighborhood. We’ve seen the kids grow up and start coming in with their own children. Time goes by fast when you are busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The temple bells ring at certain times of the day, and it helps us keep track of the hours. It is a decent life here on RP Road. We don't ask for much more than that.
