We are Sreeja Housing And Builders Private Limited. Our office is located at 1-5/1-1 Suryanarayanapuram, and we are up on the third floor. You can find us right opposite the Adithya Public School here in Bhimavaram. It’s a lively area, and we have been part of the West Godavari community for quite a while now. We mainly focus on building houses for local families. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the challenge of getting everything to fit together properly. Our days are spent juggling many different tasks, like talking to contractors, checking on the progress of our various sites, and making sure all the paperwork is in order. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or polished corporate videos. We just talk to people like we’re neighbors, because we often are. Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a view, but mostly it’s just where we keep our desks and all the blueprints. Building a home can be a complicated process with plenty of room for things to go sideways, like weather delays or unexpected costs. We try to be very practical about these things and just work through them as they happen. We are a small team and we take a lot of pride in the actual physical work we do.
