Soma

We are based in the 31st Ward over in Kadakatla, Tadepalligudem. The name on the door is just Soma. We’ve been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a long time. It’s a busy area and we fit right in with the local flow of things. Our day usually starts early before it gets too hot. We deal with various local projects and tasks that come our way. We don't have a big corporate office or a bunch of managers in ties. It’s just us working out of our space here. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We don't spend money on commercials or big signs. If someone needs something done, they usually just walk over or ask around the ward. We like keeping things on a personal level. The work can be tiring and the days are often long, but we don't mind the effort. It’s about being part of the community and doing our bit. We focus on being practical and getting things finished without a lot of drama. There is always something to do, whether it's sorting out materials or talking to folks about a new project. We’ve lived here a long time, so we care about how things look and function in our own backyard. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us grounded and connected to the people around us every single day. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing.
