We are located in Unguturu Village, right in the West Godavari district. Our office is at H.No.3-74. It is a simple village setting, which works well for us because we stay close to the actual projects. SELLITE BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation. We spend most of our time looking at the technical side of how things are built around here. The humidity in West Godavari can be really hard on structures, so we have to be careful with the materials we choose. We don't have a receptionist or a big marketing team. If you come by the house, you will probably see us looking at some drawings or talking to a supplier on the phone. We drive between different sites all day to check on the progress. Sometimes the rain during the monsoon season slows everything down to a crawl. It’s a hands-on job and we deal with everything from clearing the ground to putting on the roof. We try to use local materials whenever it makes sense. People in the village know us by our names. We don't use complicated language to explain what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they last. It’s a pretty simple life here, and we enjoy being part of the local community. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Every day is different, but the goal is always just to finish the job.
