You can find us at door number 16B-14/85 in the Thangellamudi area of Eluru. We are located in the West Godavari District, with the pincode 534005. Reliancecommunication is the name we use, and we handle a lot of the local needs for phones and connections. It is a small shop, nothing like the big showrooms you see in the major cities. We have a counter, some stools for customers, and a lot of recharge cards and phone accessories behind the glass. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or people from the surrounding streets. We help them with their bills, fix some basic phone issues, or get them a new SIM card. It’s a busy little spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is off work. The noise from the street is always there, but we are used to it by now. I usually have the radio on in the background while I work. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Andhra Pradesh; we just want to provide a reliable service to the people in our part of Eluru. Sometimes we run out of certain items and have to wait for the next delivery to come in. It is just a normal, local business run by people who live right here in the community.
