Rani Infra Devlopment Ltd is down in Anathapalli, which is a small place in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. We are situated on Sivalayam Street. It’s a very local, quiet area. The office is at V. Ardhana Rao’s place, and it’s a pretty humble setup. We don't have any of those fancy corporate logos on the walls or big glass partitions. It’s just a few rooms where we handle the day-to-day business of infrastructure development. Being on Sivalayam Street, we are close to the local temple, so we hear the bells in the mornings. The 534111 pin code is our home base. The weather here in AP is usually very hot, so the office can get a bit stuffy, but we have some fans to keep us cool while we work. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, mostly related to local projects and government requirements. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don't really have a formal dress code; we just wear what’s practical for the work. There is always a stack of blueprints on the main table. We spend a lot of time talking to the local crews who are out on the sites. It’s a very grounded way of working. Anathapalli is a nice town and we are glad to have our office right here on this street.
