Based in Bhimavaram, we have been working on building things for quite some time now. Our office is over in Nowduri Abbulu Chinamiram. It’s a local spot in the West Godavari district. Building houses or whatever else is needed is what keeps us going. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of noise. There are bricks to count and cement to move. We spend a lot of time at different sites, so the office is often empty except for someone answering the phone. The weather in Andhra can be really wet during the rains, which slows down the work on the foundations. We hate it when the ground gets all muddy because the trucks get stuck. But when the sun is out, we are moving fast. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the Bhimavaram area. We talk to the local guys, hire the help we need, and try to get the walls up straight. It’s a lot of manual labor and standing around in the heat checking on the progress. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, like when a delivery is late, but we figure it out. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to finish the job so the next one can start. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of hard work in the sun.
