Pendyala Agri Private Limited

Our place is out in Narayanapuram, which is part of the Unguturu Mandal in West Godavari. It is a very green area, mostly farmland as far as you can see in any direction. We are at H.No. 1-436. Being an agri company here makes sense because everyone around us is involved in the soil one way or another. We spend most of our time thinking about crops and how the current season is going to turn out. The weather is everything for us. If it rains too much or not enough, the mood in the office changes pretty fast. We aren't in a big city, so things move a bit slower out here, which is fine with us. You can hear the tractors and the birds while we work through the day. We handle seeds and other things that local farmers need for their land. It is a lot of physical work too, not just sitting behind a desk. Sometimes we have to go out into the fields to see how things are growing. Our building is simple, just a regular house turned into an office space. We know the neighbors and the local farmers by their names. It is a real community thing. Life here is about the land. We don't have fancy meetings, just honest talk about what needs to be planted or harvested. It gets dusty in the summer and muddy when the monsoons hit.
