Neeraja Constructions

You’ll find Neeraja Constructions over in the 11th Ward of Bhimavaram. Our door number is 15-20-30. It’s right in the heart of the West Godavari District. We’ve been part of this community for years. The office is just a regular room where we keep our tools and project files. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning in every corner. We mostly spend our time out on the sites anyway, so the office is just for the paperwork. We build things around town and in the nearby villages. Everyone knows everyone here, so we don't really need to advertise. Word of mouth is how we get most of our work. We use simple tools and follow the methods that have worked for us for a long time. Sometimes the heat in Andhra gets a bit much, but we just start our work earlier in the morning to beat it. The team is made up of local guys who know how to work hard. We don't talk in big business terms. We just discuss what needs to be built and how much it will cost. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We take pride in just finishing a job and seeing it stand. That’s what matters to us at the end of the day. No big speeches or promises, just steady progress on the construction sites.
