We are located in Polavaram, which is a part of the West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh. Our office is right there in Bapuji Colony, specifically at D. Sudhakar’s place. It is a quiet area compared to the big cities, but we stay very busy with all the infrastructure projects we have going on. The sun gets really hot out here, so a lot of our daily work involves planning things out in the office before heading out to the field. We are not a corporate giant with a glass building. Our space is simple and functional, with enough room for our files and a place for the staff to sit and talk through the day's tasks. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the phone seems to ring at all hours. We mostly focus on local infrastructure needs. It is about understanding the land and the requirements of this specific region. We don't use any flashy language to describe what we do. We just build things. Most of the guys on our team have been with us for a while, and we all know each other well. We have a lot of tea and spend time making sure the details of every project are sorted out. It can be a bit chaotic when several projects start at once, but we always find a way to manage. It is just a regular local business trying to do a decent job for the community.
