It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We have to make sure there is enough feed and that the sheds are clean. Being in a village area like Pidched means we are close to the fields, which helps with getting fodder. It is not a 9-to-5 kind of job because animals don't really follow a clock. We are usually up early to start the chores. Some people from the village come by to help out or just to see the animals. We try to keep things organized but with livestock, there is always something unexpected happening. The foundation part involves a lot of record-keeping that we do in the small office area. We aren't looking to get famous or anything. We just want to keep this place running properly so the cows are looked after. The weather affects us a lot, especially when it rains heavy and the paths get muddy. It’s a simple life out here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some people who care about the animals and put in the hours every day to make sure they are fed and healthy. It is hard work but it is worth it.
