We have been here for a bit now, managing our hotel and resort properties. Even though it is a private limited company, we are just a local team doing the daily work. Our office is a simple place where we handle all the bookings and staff matters. It is usually a bit messy with papers and tea mugs all over the place. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy suit or a big glass entrance. We just have a door and some desks where we sit. Tadithota is a good place for us because there are always people moving around, especially being so close to the station. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our computer systems to make sure the rooms are booked and ready. Sometimes things go wrong, like a leak in a bathroom or a booking mistake, and we just have to get it fixed. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world.
