Dooradrushti Foundation

Dooradrushti Foundation is located at Door No - 3A -12-4 on Nunna Vari Street in Eluru. We are quite close to Gita Bhavan, which is a landmark most people in the neighborhood know. Being in West Godavari, we get some pretty intense weather, so our office is built to handle the heat. It’s a modest setup with some basic furniture and a lot of books and papers scattered around. We spend a lot of time on our porch talking to neighbors or people passing by. The street can be narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache, but we make it work. We’ve lived and worked in Eluru for a long time, and this foundation is just our way of staying involved in what happens here. Inside, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional horn from the street. We don't have any fancy technology or modern office perks. We just have a desk, a couple of chairs, and a calendar on the wall. It’s a practical space for practical work. We usually start our day early before it gets too hot and try to get through as much as we can. It’s just us, sitting in our little office on Nunna Vari Street, trying to keep things moving. We aren't a big organization with a lot of money, just some local folks doing our part with the space we have.
