We are based out in Yenda Gandi, which is part of the Undi Mandal in West Godavari. The office is run by G. Narasimha Raju. If you are looking for us, you’ll find us in a spot that’s surrounded by a lot of greenery and fields. It is a very traditional setup here. We don't have the kind of big office buildings you see in Hyderabad or Vizag. Instead, it’s a more personal environment where the business is closely tied to the family and the local land. Deccan Cements Limited has a presence here to stay connected with the local requirements and the people in this part of the district. The pace of life is slower, and we like it that way. We spend our mornings going through the daily requirements and talking to people who stop by. There is a lot of trust involved in how we do things. We don't rely on complicated software for everything; a lot of it is still done with notebooks and face-to-face conversations. The weather can be quite humid, so we usually keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze we can get from the fields. It’s a humble place to work, and we don't try to pretend it’s something it’s not. We just make sure the cement business in our area is handled properly and that everyone gets what they need on time without any fuss.
