Chinnababu Distributors

Chinnababu Distributors is located at 2-8-46 on Maraka Veedhi, which is right on Ramalayam Street in Tallapudi. It’s a very local spot. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite a while now. It’s basically a warehouse with a small area for us to sit and do the books. There are boxes everywhere, mostly stacked up to the ceiling in the back. We handle a lot of different goods, so the inventory is always changing. It can get a bit hectic when the delivery trucks show up and we have to unload everything in the afternoon heat. My family helps out quite a bit, so it's a real local effort. We don't have any fancy management systems, just some notebooks and a basic computer to keep track of what’s coming and going. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the temple or just moving through town. We know most of the shopkeepers nearby. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are if they need something from our stock. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but we’ve got buckets for that and we move the boxes to keep them dry. We just keep moving. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We wake up early, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s a simple way of life here in Tallapudi.
