Abhijna Constructions & Real Estates Private Limited

We are located over in Martair Village, specifically on Agudimetla Vari Street at D.No.2.-5. This is our home base for Abhijna Constructions & Real Estates Private Limited. We spend most of our time out in the West Godavari area dealing with various building projects and land deals. It is not a very fancy operation, just a local office where we keep our files and meet with people from the neighborhood. Building a house or buying a piece of land can be a real headache for most folks because of all the paperwork and rules involved. We try to make that part a bit easier. Construction work is never really predictable. Some days the labor doesn't show up or the sand delivery is late, and you just have to deal with it. We have been doing this for a while now, so we are used to the ups and downs of the business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the village. If you walk down Agudimetla Vari Street, you will probably see us around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get the jobs done so people have a place to live or a bit of ground to call their own. It’s a simple way to make a living and we like being part of the local community here in Andhra Pradesh.
