Youth Skill Development Institute Llp

You can find us on the second floor of the Shri Ram Complex. We are located right on Old Najafgarh Road, directly opposite the main bus stand. It’s a very busy spot. The noise from the buses and the crowds outside is constant, but it makes the area feel alive. Youth Skill Development Institute is what we do here. We focus on giving young people practical skills they can actually use. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow and steep, so you have to be careful. Inside, the office is divided into a couple of rooms where we hold classes. It’s not a fancy place. We have basic whiteboards, some plastic chairs, and old wooden desks. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. Most people in the area know the Shri Ram Complex, so we are easy to find. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have a big admin team. We do the teaching and the office work ourselves. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep things moving. We aren't some big government-funded place. We’re just a small group of people doing our best to help out. It’s a lot of work, but seeing people pick up new skills is a good feeling. We just keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks. Most days are pretty long but we don't mind the hustle much.
